After several failed attempts with other IT companies to establish an in-house network with my desktop, laptop and printer/all-in-one, I had come to the conclusion that the three machines were never meant to communicate. Syngenius sent a very knowledgeable, personable, and efficient technician to install the card. While he was onsite, he also quickly established the elusive network I had tried for many months to acquire. Jeff also made sure that both computers were performing to their optimum levels, and patiently demonstrated some ways for me to get more efficient production from both machines. I was delighted with the new capabilities of the computers and the printer and I learned a lot from Jeff about making better use of the system. Needless to say, I have now been using Syngenius for over 5 years and literally would not even consider another organization. Here is an example of how quickly they respond, my computer crashed the day before New Year's Eve. I called Syngenius never thinking that they would be able to come out any sooner than after the holiday. Tom Runfola, President of Syngenius met me at 7:00a.m. New Year's Eve and worked on my computer until 4:00p.m. that evening stating that he would not leave until my problem was corrected.

Tom Runfola of Syngenius installed a network at my office linking 3 locations together. His knowledge and installation are both very impressive. He installed the hardware and software during our Christmas hiatus and had us up and running by New Years (as promised). He responds to any service issues in a timely fashion and the addition to his staff Jeff and Sabrina has certainly made communications easier and any time I call with an issue it seams that Jeff or Tom are around the corner and here the same day.
